Homely flat :)

Hi! I’m Daisy, I’ve lived in this flat for 4 years and really like it here and wanna stay!

My flatmates are each moving on so I’m looking to see if anyone would like to take their rooms and see what kind of interest it gets in the hopes of staying. Dates arm aren’t fixed while everyone arranges their individual affairs!

I’d love for people who are keen to be part of a household with a view to living together long term if things work out. I care a lot about making a house a home and try hard to make a space thats comfortable and welcoming :)

I work 9-5 for a charity so keep pretty sociable hours. I enjoy having friends visit and hosting the odd party together when everyone’s on board, but on the whole like to have a fairly peaceful house. I appreciate people who are generally calm and considerate but are okay with a bit of give and take; a house is for living in! So a bit of noise or mess now and then is no biggie.

There are three rooms going, all doubles, the third is a smaller and so a bit cheaper.

Each has a bed, a set of drawers and a built in wardrobe or rail. The living room is lovely and homely with two excellent sofas that are great for crashing on. We’ve even got a bit of outdoor space with a fire escape staircase at the back which is gorge by itself but leads to the shared garden down the bottom. The other tenants in the building have been touching it up a bit too and our neighbours at the moment are very nice :)

Takes about 10-15 mins to get to Peckham Rye where there's the overground and regular trains that can take you to Kings Cross, London Bridge etc. We're right next to Peckham Rye Park and there are loads of shops and bars within walking distance.
