We have a small double room available in our lovely 4 bed home in East Dulwich just off Lordship Lane. 8 min walk to East Dulwich station where there is a 13 minute direct train to London Bridge.

There are easy/quick bus routes to Brixton for the Victoria line and Denmark Hill for the Overground and we are also near lots of green space with parks like Peckham and Dulwich on our doorstep!

I'm moving out in summer, so we’re looking to fill the room with social and friendly people.

The flat has:
• An large open plan kitchen and living area with space for two desks for working from home.
• One bathroom
• Good sized garden terrace and patio areas across two levels which is perfect for summer evenings and weekends!
• Washing machine and dishwasher
• Free on street parking

Room
- Located downstairs
- Off the kitchen with a door to the terrace
- Back of the house
- Comes with a chest of drawers (sits just outside the room) and a bed
- while there is no space for desk in room, there is space in the living area for a desk for anyone who works from home.

We are looking for a housemate who is friendly, clean and tidy. As a house we tend to all have our own plans and activities going but someone is usually about the house at any given time!

I'm flexible on move our dates so the room can be available anywhere between the start of July and mid August. Posting early so we can find the right fit for the house!

Rent is currently £750 + bills (currently £95 - including internet, council tax, water, TV licence and electricity)
