Hey everyone - I’m moving out of our sunny flat in East Dulwich and looking for someone to take over my room from September 2025 until the end of our tenancy in February 2026 (6 months).

The flat is a bright and spacious 4-bedroom on East Dulwich Grove, with:

• A large shared living room
• Two bathrooms
• Great transport links (close to East Dulwich, North Dulwich stations, Peckham Rye, Brixton)
• Plenty of shops, cafes on Lordship Lane, and green spaces nearby (Dulwich Park, Goose Green, Ruskin Park etc.)

You’d be sharing with three lovely flatmates – Sammy, Lewis, and Billy – all in their early 30s.

• Rent: £757.50 per month
• Bills: approx. £100–£120/month

The room will be unfurnished and your move in date would be September the 2nd.

We’re not sure what we’re planning to do at the end of the tenancy in February yet but there may be the opportunity to renew the tenancy or move on somewhere new as a group.
