East Dulwich Flat available for lease takeover

The flat sits right on Peckham Rye park, has a lovely back patio, and is filled with sun, plants, and art. Space is calming and peaceful. We are looking for someone chill, who loves to go to the pub but tidies up. I would love to find someone who is likeminded and vibes well with the current flatmate.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and great if you love to cook. There is extra storage if you need. The bathroom is shared with the other flatmate and is lovely with a full bathtub, and we make a peaceful space for relaxing after a long day.

The room has furniture which is optional, if you prefer it unfurnished I can get rid of the furniture in the space. There is a private patio that is accessible from the bedroom, which is especially lovely during the summer months.

My flatmate Bob is a metal worker and artist and loves music. He has lived in SE for many years, and takes weekends away for surfing.

I would ideally love to find someone who is clean and respectful and someone in their late 20s/early 30s.

Peckham and East Dulwich are charming, full of great pubs and shops.
