Description
Going away for a while this summer and looking for someone to stay in my lovely room. I will be away from August 10-September 20. I would ideally find someone to stay the entire time, or at least for the majority of it.
The flat sits right on Peckham Rye park, has a lovely back patio, and is filled with sun, plants, and art. We have a myriad of books and records, and our space is calming and peaceful. We are looking for someone chill, who loves to go to the pub but tidies up. As this is my home, I would love to find someone who is likeminded and trustworthy.
The flat is perfect for anyone working from home or on holiday in London for the summer. During work days at home you can walk to the park or head to Lordship Lane for the cafes and food markets.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and we love to cook. There is extra storage if you need to house a bag and there is room on the shoe shelf for you of course. The bathroom is shared with the other flatmate and is lovely with a full bathtub, and we make a peaceful space for relaxing after a long day.
The room has a double bed and a clothing rack for you. There is a private patio that is accessible from the bedroom, which is especially lovely during the summer months.
My flatmate Bob is a metal worker and artist and loves music. He has lived in SE for many years, and takes weekends away for surfing.
I would ideally love to find someone who is clean and respectful and someone in their late 20s/early 30s.
This flat is perfect for anyone spending time in London over the summer. Peckham and East Dulwich are charming, full of great pubs and shops. The park cannot be beat, and the Peckham Carboot is just up the road if thats your speed.
If you would love to schedule a call or a viewing please message me with a bit of info about yourself.
Rent per month including bills comes out to £1300, so I am asking for £1800 for August 10 - September 20
