Rent is £621.25/month, bills (including a bi-weekly cleaner) approximately £100–£120/month. The contract is a minimum of 6 months, rolling monthly thereafter. Our landlord is responsive and keeps rent increases reasonable. The rent is increasing to £700 pcm from 1st October.
