The flat is located just a 2-minute walk from East Dulwich station which takes you to London Bridge in just 15 minutes, perfect for those who work in the city. Denmark Hill overground is only a 10 minute walk away which links you straight to North London and further South (one 15 minute train to Clapham Junction) in one train journey.

The Room:
Comes furnished with a bed, small wardrobe, and a bedside table (desk in photos not included).
Very quiet.

The Flat:
Warm top floor flat with energy efficient radiators in every room - the winters are very easy.
Modern kitchen with all essentials: pots, pans, plates, microwave, knives, etc.
Large living room with space to work from home and a big couch and tv for movie and show lovers.
Clean and well-maintained throughout.

The area (East Dulwich):
This is a great area of London to be living in with many brunch spots, restaurants, a massive Sainsbury’s only 5 mins away and a small M&S only a 1 minute walk away. There is also a cinema a 10 min walk away and multiple gyms nearby. This is a very safe area with mostly families. There are plenty of great pubs about as well (a very nice one at the end of the road) with great atmosphere. There are also some lovely big parks only walking distance away too.

Who You'll Be Living With:
You'll be sharing with two friendly 28-year-old NZ guys. They both enjoy travelling, films, gaming, and just general hanging out and chatting.
