Room available in East Dulwich two bed

Hi guys !

I'm Ewan, recently back in London after travelling South America. I'm usually doing my best to make the most of the city (saunas, galleries, nights out with friends) and would really appreciate having a warm and sociable flatmate to make the most of the last of this summer and the rest of the year's lease with, which is running until next August, with an option to renew if all goes well!

The room is a really nice and sunny one, facing onto a few families' gardens, so quiet at night. It also comes furnished, but you'd be welcome to add and remove things as you prefer! Rent is fixed at £850 a month until the lease ends in 2026. Bills are probably going to be around £150

About me: I'm a pretty open and relaxed housemate, happy for people to bring friends and partners over and basically keen for a place that feels good to return home to. I'm in the office a few days a week, when at home I'm cooking, doing music things or watching films. I'd like a tidy flat and am keen to spruce up the pad - any ideas for how would we should do that would be a great way to introduce yourself :)

The flat is really nicely situated between bougie East Dulwich and edgy Peckham, so you can get whatever you want (parks, baked goods, real pubs and organic wine bars etc etc) in a short walk. The street itself is quiet and close to Peckham Rye Park

Options for moving in are relatively flexible, but we'd be keen to get a replacement housemate for Theo (who's moving on and out to become a dad) for mid to late August
