Double Room in East Dulwich

I have a double room available in a lovely 2 bed terraced house in East Dulwich, on a quiet residential street just off Lordship Lane. My current flatmate is sadly leaving and I've decided to stay as we have really loved living here over the last year.

There are 2 double bedrooms upstairs, your room has a large wardrobe that comes with drawers which belongs to the landlord, the rest of the room will be unfurnished (leaving tenant happy to sell the bed)

Downstairs there is a shared bathroom, kitchen (with dishwasher), and large living area. There's also a good sized paved back garden - great for BBQs in the summer! Some of the downstairs furniture belongs to my current flatmate, the desk will be removed and I'm hoping to get a slightly bigger dining table for the downstairs space.

I'm in my late 20s working full time in healthcare in central London and looking for a like minded professional to share with, I like to keep the place as a relaxed and relatively tidy space to come back to. I'm generally easy going and looking for someone happy sharing with a shift worker (now and again I work night shifts and need to sleep during the day between shifts).

The nearest station is East Dulwich and there is loads of on street parking (no permit needed) so it's great if you drive. Peckham Rye is walking distance. There are lots of nice cafes and pubs close by, Southwark leisure centre is less than 10 minute walk and there's a lovely yoga studio on Lordship Lane

Ideal move in date is early-mid October

Bills not included: Council Tax Band C (Southwark), gas & electric, water, wifi.

Deposit is an estimate - my deposit was 5 weeks rent when I moved in last year
