East Dulwich double room - Bills included

Hi, I’m renting out this double room in my house in East Dulwich, available from September 20th, for a six month term and then monthly rolling notice.

You would need to like dogs, as I live here with my Jack Russell Chihuahua called ZZ 🐶

It's a nice quiet residential street, 5 mins walk from Peckham Rye and 5 mins from Lordship Lane. The location is amazing.

I’m offering an all in price including bills all bills (broadband, utilities, council tax) and a cleaner coming once a fortnight (£30 a month) for £900 (£725 room rate plus £175)

The bed is a nice Made bed with a very comfy, premium Emma mattress. I bought both new within the last few years.

I am a start-up founder with a goal of improving user privacy across digital advertising, and Aisha my other flatmate works in recruitment. We both live a fairly typical 9-5 monday-friday sort of life.

As much as I'm relaxed and enjoy having friends round occasionally - and so of course you’d be welcome to - it's worth me emphasising this is definitely not a 'party house'. Instead, it's a cosy house in one of the best neighbourhoods in London!
