Huge Double Room available in social shared house

The house and room 🏡

We have one room available in a lovely four bed home in East Dulwich, SE22! The house has four bedrooms, one toilet and two bathrooms, with one room being an ensuite. There is a huge shared living/kitchen/dining area that opens out on to a garden at the back. The house is located just off Lordship Lane with plenty of pubs/restaurants/cafes around, and East Dulwich train station is a 10 minute walk away with direct trains to London Bridge.

The room available is the biggest in the house and is located on the same floor as the shared bathroom. It is lovely and light with plenty of space for a desk if you wfh.

About us 🤠

You will be living with four of us - we all met through SpareRoom so everyone is in a similar situation! Tash and Callum are a couple from New Zealand, while Ben and Grace are both from the UK. Callum works as a carpenter so his work is on site, but myself, Tash and Ben are all hybrid.

We are all keen to make the house a home and are looking for someone clean and social to join us! Think kitchen catchups after work, a Friday coffee run and the pub quiz on a Monday

Logistics 💸

Rent is 1200 pcm
Bill are not included but we estimate these to be around 100-150/month depending on the season
Move-in date would be around the 21st of September
