Hi! I’ll be abroad in France for an internship during October and will be back in November, so I’m looking for someone to take my room for that month.
I recently returned from Germany and only just signed the tenancy for this newly renovated house—I haven’t even moved in yet—so the room will be completely yours for October, with none of my belongings in the way.
The house offers plenty of privacy and security, with exterior cameras, a large garden, a garage, and both indoor and outdoor storage. There’s a downstairs toilet and a full bathroom upstairs. Your room is on the 3rd floor.

• 15-minute walk to Peckham Rye Overground
• 10-minute walk to East Dulwich station
• Surrounded by lovely cafés, bars, and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood.
