- The house is spacious, well-designed and a stones throw from Peckham Rye park. It is a 15 minutes walk to either Peckham Rye or East Dulwich stations, (10 minutes by bus to the former).
- The start date of your tenancy would ideally be Saturday 18th October where the tenancy will run until December 8th, 2025 at a minimum.
NB. There is a possibility to extend the tenancy for longer thereafter – a conversation would be required with the landlord and their representatives, however.
- There are three other polite, respectful males who live at the property. They are 28-33 years old and work in advertising, footwear and pharmaceuticals respectively. We'd ideally like somebody who is of a similar age, who isn’t working from home all the time, who is interested in sports and music and is generally easygoing and cleans up after themselves.
The property is available for viewings ASAP, where all parts of the house will be available for viewing, including: a spacious kitchen/dining area, a lounge, garage and utility room.
