Large room in East Dulwich

Hi guys, one of my lovely housemates is moving out of our mixed gender house share and I’ll be moving into her room, so mine has become available!!

The house is a huge end of terrace Victorian/edwardian property on a beautiful street ten minutes walk from the centre of East Dulwich. It’s a large room at the back of the house with a huge wardrobe (very useful if you’re a hoarder like me), also comes with the bed, mattress and bookshelf. The walls are a little thin but if you shoot any of us a message to be quiet we’re more than happy to settle down. There is a garden space at the back and a small front garden which are pretty good if you smoke or just fancy sitting outside for a moment. There’s also a small living room which is unfortunately storage at the moment but me and another housemate are keen to make it more functional!

You’d be living with five others, mid twenties to early thirties (a mixture of 9-5ers and working in hospitality so no real preference on what you do). We all pretty much do our own thing but come together a few times a month for a drink at one of our local pubs (nearest is about five doors down!)

My housemate is looking to move out in the middle of the month so would require rent from the 15th (£400) and one months rent deposit (£800). The landlord also requires 3 months bank statements/pay slips.

We also have an indoor/outdoor cat that belongs to one of us called Cairo, he’s very sweet so you need to at least be neutral towards cats!
