The flat is spread over two floors: your bedroom, a large kitchen, bathroom and living room are on the first floor, while my room and a second bathroom/shower room are upstairs.
It’s just a 2-minute walk from Lordship Lane — the lovely local high street full of cafés, bars and restaurants. There are regular buses nearby, and East Dulwich train station is a 6-minute walk away, with trains to London Bridge in around 15 minutes.
Rent is £1,230 per month, which includes all bills, a fortnightly cleaner, and Sky TV with Netflix, Paramount+ and Sky Cinema.
