I am unfortunately moving out of my beautiful room in SE22; I loved living here and would continue to do so but the rent is getting too expensive for me.

The building was completed in 2008 and won the RIBA Award for Best New Housing in London. It is a 2 bath 2 Bed flat with a shared living room and kitchen area, a balcony, small storage for suitcases etc and we even have an underground garage with a parking lot neither of us uses.
There is underfloor heating, a dishwasher and washer/dryer and all appliances (dishwasher, fridge, oven, washer/dryer) are Miele or Bosh. We also have a TV in the living room and WIFI.

You will be splitting the rent 50/50 with my current roommate, it’s 1250 each excluding bills. Bills are around £100 each including Water, Energy, WIFI and Council Tax.

You will be living with Oliver, 20 studying film at LCC. We mostly keep to ourselves, there is rarely anyone over, so it’s very chill and we are looking for someone who would fit that vibe.

Area wise you have a big Sainsbury’s as a direct neighbor, you have Denmark Hill station with trains to Victoria, St. Pancras, Farringdon, Blackfriars, Elephant and Castle, just a 7-8 min walk away, East Dulwich station with a train to London Bridge and a number of buses, so that anything central is easy to commute to.
You also have Ruskin park, a 10 min walk away and Dulwich park/ Dulwich village a 30 min walk away.
There is a bunch of cute cafes and small shops on Lordship lane which is just down the road plus you’re a 10/15 min walk away from a nice part of Peckham with more restaurants.

It is genuinely the best flat I’ve ever lived in, so I’m sad to leave but happy for anyone who gets to take this room!
