Looking for another couple to share a house

Hi,

We've secured a house in East Dulwhich and are looking for another couple to share it with. There's two double bedrooms and a smaller single which we plan to use as a study/ spare room as needed. There's also a spacious living room leading to a garden patio and a good sized kitchen with dining area. There's 1.5 bathrooms that have, like the whole house, been recently refurnished. The owners were staying there while working on it, hence the temporary bed set ups lol.

The house is in a very sweet, quiet neighborhood but not far from the more "happening" Brixton. It's about 25 mins to London Bridge or 40 minutes to Victoria. There's also a big Sainsburys about a 15 minute walk away.

The rent will be £2400 total per month or £600 per person, and we're estimating bills to be around £150 pppm. Council tax band D.

We're Edgar and Niamh, aged 24-26 both working in the film/ tv industry. He's from the south of England and I'm from New York but have been living in the UK for the past 6/7 years. We're currently based in Brighton but moving up to London for work.
