Looking for another couple to share a house

Our housemates are moving back to Japan, so we have a room opening in our house in East Dulwhich, in mid July, and are looking for another couple to share it with. There's two double bedrooms and a smaller single room which we use as a spare room for guests. There's also a spacious living room leading to a garden patio plus a good sized kitchen with dining area. There's 1.5 bathrooms that have, like the whole house, been recently refurnished.

The house is in a very sweet, quiet neighborhood but not far from the more "happening" Brixton and Peckham. It's about 25 mins to London Bridge or 40 minutes to Victoria. And easy 24 hour buses into central London. There's also a big Sainsburys about a 15 minute walk away.

The rent will be £1200 total per month or £600 per person, and bills are £133.5 pppm (but will probably be increasing in December 🥲) So, it’s £733.5 pppm. Council tax band D. There is a bed, small desk, and a wardrobe/ drawers in the bedroom we're looking to fill. (There is also a bedframe but our current housemates preferred not to use one)

We're Edgar and Niamh, aged 25-27 both working in the film/ tv industry. He's from the south of England and I'm from New York but have been living in the UK for the past 6/7 years.
