Double room in well-connected part of East Dulwich

I have a lovely double room available in my little house (Council Tax Band D) in East Dulwich. You'll be sharing with me and my very dapper cat Barnaby!
I'm looking for a housemate who's up for hanging out after work, cooking dinner and grabbing a coffee at weekends.
A little about me: I'm from London and moved back here 6 years ago after living abroad for a while. I work as an architect for a small construction company and am in the office most days, but am usually home on Fridays. I sing in a local choir and love to go on outdoor adventures, especially in the mountains!
The room is a bright double bedroom and comes furnished with lots of storage space. It looks out at the front of the house onto a very quiet and peaceful street. The house is in a lovely part of East Dulwich just over 5 minutes' walk from the train station and near Dulwich Hamlet Football Club and Sainsbury's. The house has two bedrooms, a good size bathroom, and a living room and kitchen downstairs. The garden is surrounded by trees and also has a garden studio which doubles as an office and spare bedroom.
The house is also within a 15 minute walk to Denmark Hill and less than 10 minutes from Lordship Lane, so there are plenty of great cafes, pubs and shops very nearby!
