Looking for pair of females (ideally friends)

Looking for a pair of females to join our mixed house on a long term basis. In the six years we’ve had this house it’s always been two boys and two girls (on separate floors). The two girls are sadly leaving (one to go travelling, the other to move in with their boyfriend), So us boys (Will and Jack) want to find a pair of friends to take over the girl’s floor and keep the dynamic going. One medium sized room and one small room on the top floor of the house. A very lovely house in perfect location

•⁠ Peckham Rye nearby
•⁠ ⁠Relaxed neighbours
•⁠ ⁠Rented through an agency with a lovely landlady.

Very social house, that we keep clean and tidy. We would love to keep the same dynamic that has worked for so long.
