Two bedrooms available for rent in a modern top floor flat in a dream location right between East Dulwich and Forest Hill.

You will be sharing with me, Dalila (she/her), a black woman (Lisbon-born Santomean), who's been living in London for 12 years now. Besides working as a gardener, I usually gravitate towards art, film, literature, music, moving my body (dancing, swimming, nature walks), and crafting/sewing (or trying to...).

I am looking for similarly clean and friendly flatmates that want a comfortable place to call home. Not really a party creature, so looking for folk that respect a peaceful home. A clean and tidy space that feels soothing, and in which we can all unwind.

The living room is spacious but cosy, with a great view out over the tree tops towards Horniman Gardens. Nice clean bathroom with a bath + shower combo, and modern kitchen with a dishwasher. Please note: The flat is located on the 4th floor with stair access only (no lift available).

There is a massive shared garden space behind the building which is great in summer. All other residents in the building are lovely (10 flats in total).

It's about a 20 minute walk from the heart of East Dulwich, and 15 minutes from Forest Hill, with Horniman Museum and Dulwich Park right on the doorstep. On-street parking is available outside the house.
