A good-sized double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe is available from the 1st Dec (negotiable) in a lovely 3-bedroom top-floor Victorian flat, right by Peckham Rye.

The Room: A good-sized double room, with a sunny window and a built-in wardrobe. The room is set back from the street, so it's fairly quiet at night.
It has the bonus of having a second loo next door, which, whilst not technically an ensuite, you'll pretty much have sole use of.
The room comes furnished (bed frame, chest of drawers & shelf). These don't belong to the flat, though, so you can get rid of them if you wish. I acquired them from the last girl to have the room.

The Flat: I've loved living in this flat for the last 3 years! It has a real homey vibe. It's a lovely top-floor flat in a Victorian building, with high ceilings and a spacious living and dining area, with French doors that lead to our sun trap of a balcony. It's a great social area for drinks, dinner and relaxing as a flat, and we put it to good use.
We're perfectly located right in between Peckham Rye and East Dulwich, so you're spoiled for great bars, pubs, restaurants and the delights of Lordship Lane. Both Peckham Rye & East Dulwich stations are about a 20-30min walk, or you can grab a bus from out front and be at Peckham Station in 10 mins.
There's also a stellar pub right on the corner of our road.

The Flatmates: You'll be living with Jess (27), A recent master's graduate and theatre directing guru and Dom (34), Fashion and Fit connoisseur. Although Domonique will sadly also be relocating early next year. They're both friendly, tidy and easy going and have been a JOY to live with! We all love hanging out together, having a chat whilst cooking, watching traitors or Bake off, and popping to the pub or out to dinner together. I'll be very sad to move, and am only doing so as I bought my own place.

The room is available from 1st Dec, but this has some wiggle room in it.
