Room 2: A good sized double bedroom with a window, and built in wardrobe. Comes unfurnished but willing to leave it with relatively new bed and mattress. £777 per month not including bills.

The Flat: It has a real homey vibe. It's a lovely top-floor flat in a Victorian building, with high ceilings and a spacious living and dining area, with French doors that lead to our sun trap of a balcony. It's a great social area for drinks, dinner and relaxing as a flat, and we put it to good use.

We're perfectly located right in between Peckham Rye and East Dulwich, so you're spoiled for great bars, pubs, restaurants and the delights of Lordship Lane. Both Peckham Rye & East Dulwich stations are about a 20-30min walk, or you can grab a bus from out front and be at Peckham Station in 10 mins.

There's also a stellar pub right on the corner of our road.

The Flatmates: You’ll be living with Philee (28), from Manchester and works for a charity. She likes to read, go to the cinema and support her friends in their creative endeavours. We keep the space tidy, and are looking for people that want to keep the cosy vibe going. We have loved hanging out together, having a chat whilst cooking, watching traitors or Bake off, and popping to the pub or out to dinner together. Both myself and Dominique will be sad to leave this place, and are only doing so as I’m moving in with my partner and Dominique’s job is changing!

The rooms are available from 1st Jan, and we can discuss move in dates. We’re open to a couple of friends who can take the rooms or individuals. We’re looking to do viewings early December, late November so do get in touch!
