Subletting one of the bedrooms from the 30th November-4th January

The room itself is a good size, can fit a double bed, chest of drawers and has built in storage. You would only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The house is spacious and semi-furnished with loads of communal space, with a separate dining room, living room, kitchen and a great rear garden. The room itself will come unfurnished but the previous tenant may leave the bed, desk and drawers if they're wanted.

The house is situated between Peckham Rye and Dulwich park, and not too far from Lordship lane with all its lovely shops and cafes. Its only 10 minutes on the bus to Peckham Rye and Forest Hill stations.

A bit about us:
We're a friendly and sociable group of 30+ professionals, working in the civil service, hospitality and arts/psychotherapy. We also have a beautiful 11 year old tabby cat. We all have our own creative pursuits and want the house to feel like a home—we come together for movie nights and dinners when we are all home, but fully respect people's need for down time.
