Hello!! We’re looking for someone you move into a very cute flat, that’s in a very handy location - just off Lordship lane and 5 mins way from East Dulwich station.
Rooms: the room is a cosy size, with still plenty of room for a double bed and a wardrobe (included) and chest of drawers and a bedside locker as shown (not included). You will also have another wardrobe to yourself that’s upstairs in the living room. It’s £750 pcm, and give or take ~£100 extra for bills. pcm (but you will still get 2 wardrobes). Council tax band C.
Flat: top floor flat with 3 bedrooms, separate kitchen to living/dining, 2 bathrooms, and fab double doors with an open view over Dulwich/Sydenham/Crystal palace direction. The landlord is also looovely and very responsive when needed which is a massive plus (not that we have needed him too much but still…..)
Looking for someone who is clean and respectful, as well as up for takeaway wine and movie nights and pub quizzes (the usual malarkey). In summary it would be lovely to have friends as well as housemates!
