Hello! We are looking for a 4th person to join our lovely 4-bed home.

We are due to move in 15th December hence the estate agent looking photos - will update once we get some more and are moved in :) the estate agents will also allow us access to the property so you can view it yourself before signing!

📍East Dulwich - just off Lordship Lane and by Peckham Rye. 10 minute walk to ED station, ~20 minute walk to Peckham Rye station. Less than 10 min bus to Denmark Hill station as well.
⭐ Double Room, Unfurnished, really good size! (~4m x 3.5m)
⭐ Three floors, 4 bedroom townhouse with separate kitchen, living room, 1 shared bathroom and another toilet, south west facing garden so sun all year round!
⭐ Rent: £950 pcm, excluding bills. Expecting to be ~£100 each pcm. Referencing required.
⭐ Move in date: earliest 15th Dec, latest we would need someone by is 14th Jan but ideally earlier than that.

Housemates: 3 girls between 28-30 (Betsy, Thea and Layna). We're pretty social and we’d love someone who is a similar vibe and up for cooking dinner & watching tv together, but also maybe wants to join us for pub/nights out/festivals as well as all the wholesome stuff like yoga/saturday wanders etc! We do also like our own down time to ourselves so we aren't always in each other's pockets and are respectful of each others space. We all wfh a fair bit but we’re often out and about working from local cafes, travelling for work sometimes and socialising so the house won’t always be packed :) we want this to be a lovely welcoming home!
