Double Room available in lovely Peckham Rye flat

Available from the 1st of January - The bedroom is a fairly decent sized double and comes unfurnished but with built in wardrobe and some storage space. Would also be happy to negotiate leaving the relatively new bed and mattress.

The flat has a real homey vibe. Its a lovely top floor flat in a Victorian building, with high ceilings and a spacious shared living and dining area, with French doors that lead to a sun trap of our balcony. It's a great social area for drinks, dinner and relaxing as a flat and we put it to good use!

We're perfectly located right in-between Peckham and East Dulwich, so you're spoiled for great bars, pubs and restaurants.

You'll be living with Philee (28) from Manchester and works for a charity and Jen (29) from Melbourne who works in music. Both enjoy gigs, socialising, going to art exhibitions.
Looking for a flatmate who while having their own interests too, also appreciates sharing a calm but fun and homely flat.
