Forest Hill & West Dulwich stations are just 10 minutes away and the flat is just off Lordship Lane, which has great pubs and restaurants. Dulwich park is also close by and buses into central stop right at the doorstep.
You'll be living with two chilled, male working professionals, ideally looking for someone of similar age, male or female and preferably not a student.
I'm moving out as I've found a job outside of London, otherwise I would have stayed. The landlord is pretty chilled and gets things sorted straight away.
