Double room in Sunny East Dulwich Flat

We’re looking for new housemates to replace us in a a sunny flat in lovely East Dulwich.

The Room

Nice double room with private bathroom which has a great bath. The flat is set over 3 floors so you basically have a whole floor to yourself. Currently part furnished with king size bed, desk and chest of drawers. Can be flexible with the furniture if you don’t need it.

Rent is £1250 pcm, couples or single welcome.
Bills + council tax come to around £250 a month which we split between us.

The Flat

Split over three levels with the 2 bedrooms on different floors for some space for yourself and a really sunny kitchen living space in the middle for company. We also have another living space on this floor for watching movies, desk space, activities, hobbies.

At the north end of Lordship Lane in East Dulwich close to many shops, great pubs, cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets and station nearby 5-10mins. Private landlord who is really good, gets things sorted quickly and properly.

Housemates

You’d be sharing with, Alex & Rose, a couple in their mid 30s. They enjoy chilling in the flat, playing records, trips to the local pubs, cooking, all the things couples in their 30s write in these bios ;) they are nice we promise!
Rose is an artist who loves all things craft and Alex is an amazing cook who sells wine for a living (also loves drinking it and talking about it ..)
They love living here and would love to share the space with someone that they can share the odd meal, board game, pub night with.
