Double En-Suite room in East Dulwich

Double room with large en-suite available, in a two-bed flat. Sharing with one other flatmate and a cat.

I am looking for someone to take over my tenanacy from February. The location is excellent - a quiet spot close to Lordship Lane, Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye. East Dulwich train station is 15 minutes walk with trains direct to London Bridge. Peckham Rye overground is a short bus ride away with links across London.

You will be sharing with my lovely flatmate Grace, who works in fashion and her sweet cat Suki.

The room is spacious, the en-suite has both shower and bath, there is an outdoor terrace just off the living space.

While the room comes unfurnished, I am leaving London, so I am happy to sell my furniture for a reasonable price.

Can be flexible with move in dates and flexible with viewings in January.
