We’re looking for a new housemate to join us at our lovely three bedroom flat in East Dulwich.
The room itself is a large unfurnished double room which overlooks a garden, plus you would have your own private bathroom.
Becky is 37, works in advertising and teaches yoga on the weekend, and enjoys sauna-ing, wellness and the odd glass of wine.
Cat is 33, works in climate at the Foreign Office, and loves swimming, singing and speaking Spanish.
We enjoy spending time together occasionally, like going to the cinema, enjoying a roast or chilling at home. But equally we have our own lives and are independent.
The flat is situated on a delightful square and is very peaceful. The room is available from February 8th, at £833.33 pcm with bills roughly an additional £120-£140 each month. There will be a deposit of £767.31 and £50 reference fee. The rent will be fixed at this price until October 2026.

- Less than a 10 minute walk to Lordship Lane and Rye Lane
- East Dulwich and Peckham Rye train stations within a 10-15min walk
