Great location, a few minutes from Peckham Rye Park, close to Lordship Lane, Peckham, Nunhead etc.

Spacious and light double room with a private ensuite overlooking the garden. There’s a car park space included and lots of storage in the house. The room is unfurnished, but we will leave the wardrobe and clothes rack.

Available from end of January, with some flexibility

You’ll be living in a three bed modern house, with two lovely housemates (Tom and Ceiri) both early 30s, who are both friendly and respectful. As a house, we are pretty chilled. We generally do our own thing but often hang out in the evenings, watching tv together and are always up for the occasional pub trip.

Near to local amenities including Lordship Lane just 5 mins away, Peckham and Peckham Rye park.

Nearest stations: East Dulwich (15 min walk) and Peckham Rye station (10 min bus). Buses go from outside into central London.

The rent is £1250 in total (£625 per person) plus bills of approx £100 each per person per month. The deposit is £1730 in total (£865 per person)
