We have a small double room available in our lovely 4 bed home in East Dulwich just off Lordship Lane. 8 min walk to East Dulwich station where there is a 13 minute direct train to London Bridge.
There are easy/quick bus routes to Brixton for the Victoria line and Denmark Hill for the Overground and we are also near lots of green space with parks like Peckham and Dulwich on our doorstep!
The flat has:
• A large open plan kitchen and living area with space for two desks for working from home.
• One bathroom
• Good sized garden terrace and patio areas across two levels which is perfect for summer evenings and weekends!
• Washing machine and dishwasher
• Free on street parking

- Currently unfurnished but the option to buy the bed and mattress which was purchased in November as well as the chest of drawers

We are looking for a housemate who is friendly, clean and tidy. As a house we tend to all have our own plans and activities going but someone is usually about the house at any given time!
Room is available from now. We have some flexibility with the move in date so let us know when works for you around that time :)
