Hiya, we are looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly, cosy and relaxed home!
We are 4 professionals (an accountant, a product manager, a theatre production manager & a freelance creative). If you are looking for a home, and not just a house share, this is for you! We are also a queer friendly household!
Our home is sociable and tidy, we like to have occasional drinks and meals together but are respectful of each other's own space, lifestyles & commitments.
The room itself is south facing, overlooks our lovely garden, has high ceilings and lots of natural light.
The house is just off Lordship Lane in East Dulwich, close to very good transport links, including trains and 24 hour buses. We have several lovely parks nearby; great pubs, restaurants, shops and a cinema.
The rent includes Council Tax, however, you should budget an extra £50-60 per month for the utility bills.
