Hiya, we are looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly and relaxed home!
We are 4 professionals (an accountant, a product manager, a theatre production manager & a freelance creative). If you are looking for a home, and not just a house share, this is for you!
The available room is on the first floor, next to one of the two bathrooms.
Our home is sociable and tidy, we like to have occasional drinks and meals together but are respectful of each other's own space, lifestyles & commitments.
The house is just off Lordship Lane in East Dulwich, close to very good transport links, including trains and 24 hour buses. We have several lovely parks nearby, great pubs, restaurants, shops and a cinema.
The rent includes Council Tax, however, you should budget an extra £50-60 per month for the utility bills.
The room also come part furnished but does not include a bed and mattress.
We will be holding viewings w/c 9th Feb.
