Room available in East Dulwich (two bed flat)

I’m Kira, looking to find someone who is keen to take over my tenancy. I’ve found a cheaper option but will miss this spot!

About the flat:

It’s a decent size, big enough to have people over. Everything is furnished and the kitchen all kitted out. The room is great with a green and leafy view. There is a wardrobe and a chest of draws so plenty of storage as well as a double bed. The street is quiet and close to Peckham Rye Park if you’re into nature.

Ideally situated between East Dulwich and Peckham, you’ll make the most of cosy pubs, chic charity shops, bakeries, clubs and bars here. You can get anywhere in London – you’ll be a 15-minute walk to Peckham Rye or 10-minute walk to East Dulwich.

He’s a great chef, chatty, considerate and relaxed guy! He loves going out with friends, saunas, galleries and generally making the most of what London has to offer. A bit from himself:

“I'm a pretty open and relaxed housemate, happy for people to bring friends and partners over and basically keen for a place that feels good to return home to. I'm in the office a few days a week, when at home I'm cooking, doing music things or watching films. Ideally, the replacement would be a warm, tidy and sociable flatmate to enjoy the rest of the tenancy with.”

Moving in:

Options for moving in are relatively flexible, but we'd be keen to get a replacement housemate mid-late March.

Rent is fixed at £858.50 a month until the lease ends in August 2026 (with possibility of renewing). Bills are around £150.
