Huge attic room in our flat in East Dulwich

Hi all 😊 we have a huge attick room going in our East Dulwich flat. Room is available from beginning of March with rent being paid a couple days before. We’re on lordship lane 10 mins from Forest Hill overground. Theres 2 toilets and one shower so reliant on everyone keeping the space clean and tidy as much as possible. We’re all working professionals looking for a sweet like minded person to join our home. We’re all pretty independent but also have a huge sofa and love a natter and tv goggle. Please send a little about yourself. It’s a top floor flat so sadly no garden but East Dulwich park is a 5 minute walk away. We deal directly with our landlord who is great. Not certain on a viewing date yet but will give more information to those we think sound like a sweet fit. (Deposit is £635, £700 all in including bills)
