We have a room going in our bright and spacious flat just off peckham rye in Peckham / East Dulwich. We have a communal sitting room as well as a separate kitchen that's been fairly recently refurbished.

The room itself is a decent sized double and comes unfurnished. It is £700pm and bills come to about £115. It's available from the 27th of Feb but there's the potential for this to be flexible if you need to move in sooner

Me (30) and Molly (26) have been living together for about 5 years now and we get on really well. I am currently studying art / working as a software engineer part time and Molly is a freelance filmmaker.
