My name is Fiona and I have a lovely double room in East Dulwich/ Peckham in a 2 bed house with a large sunny living room and dining room.
Location is so great, just beside Peckham rye park. It is also 2 minutes from Goose Green and Lordship Lane which is full of nice pubs and a farmers market on Saturday. 10 minute walk into Peckham if you fancy more night life. East Dulwich and Peckham train stations are both 10 mins walk and the bus stop outside goes to both Oxford street or Brixton for the tube.
Myself and the landlady( who is really nice) are looking for someone who is clean and respectful, someone 30+ who has lived in shared houses before. Sharing with myself 36, Irish Designer/ Creative. Would nice to share with someone who is also in the creative industry but not essential !
Move in date weekend of the 28th of Feb or 7th of March but can be flexible.
Rent 900 and approx 150 for bills
