Room available in East Dulwich!

Hi my name is Zoe (they/them). Sadly I am moving out of my house to relocate closer to work. The room is warm and cosy, and you will be living with 3 professionals working in education and charity sectors. Looking for someone around the same age, who is clean and friendly - that's it really!

There is a lot of shared space including a big kitchen and two living rooms. There are also 2 bathrooms, one which is newly fitted and one containing a bath on the middle floor.

The house is clean and we enjoy spending time together cooking, watching TV and going out, but we also appreciate our own space so there is a nice balance.

Very close to lots of shops and green spaces, as well as a short walk from East Dulwich railway and bus stops with easy connection to the Windrush Line.

Although the room is furnished, the mattress is my own. If you'd like to bring your own bed I can also remove my one which is currently in the room.

Please note that the deposit is in fact 894 - this is because we split the deposit cost evenly, but the room prices have been adjusted according to their size.

We are Council Tax Band D.
