Room in East Dulwich

We’re three housemates looking for a fourth to join our chilled East Dulwich home, a couple of minutes from Lordship Lane.

The house has a good balance with a great garden that’s good for bbqs in the summer. We have a spare room with a sofa bed if you have visitors that want to stay, it also doubles as an office space/second living room if you want a separate chilling space away from the main living room.

There’s also a small shared office with a desk if you wfh or fancy sorting out some life admin.

We’re friendly, chatty, and up for hanging out now and then (dinner, a drink, the odd sofa hang), but we also properly respect each other’s space and downtime.

We keep the place clean and comfortable, and we’re looking for someone who’s similar, easygoing, up for a laugh and considerate.

The area’s great: loads of pubs, cafés, shops, and green space on the doorstep.
