Available now, a large master bedroom in a mid terrace 3 bedroom house on Rodwell Road, a quiet residential street in East Dulwich. There is a mid 20s male live in landlord, who divides his days between working from home and at a local studio. There is another tenant in his mid twenties who works in hospitality. The owners of the house are currently out of the UK, but they, and the live in landlord family member are always available to deal with any questions or issues that may arise.

Good transport links in to London; East Dulwich train station is a 10-15 min walk, with multiple bus routes (140, 176 and 185) 3 minutes walk from property at Heber Road stop, and no.12 from Barry Road (10 minutes walk). Denmark Hill Station and Peckham Rye Station are both a 10 minute bus ride away. There is also FREE on road parking.

Great location in East Dulwich, a few minutes walk from local bars and restaurants on Lordship Lane, as well as Bellenden Village, Peckham Rye and Dulwich parks. There is a large Sainsbury’s at Dog Kennel Hill (20 minutes walk or bus from Heber Road stop). Nearby Dulwich Leisure Centre has a gym, swimming pool and classes, and the Tessa Jowell Clinic GP practice is 10 minutes walk away.

Furnished, very large double room, £1,000 per month (£1,200 for couples) includes all bills, council tax and unlimited fast broadband. The room has a bay window, so is always filled with plenty of light. Furnished with a king size bed with orthopaedic mattress, fridge, chest of drawers, and dressing table/chair (if required).

The house has a shared kitchen with stove and induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker etc. There is a sitting room with a large smart TV, and bathroom with bath and shower, plus a downstairs toilet with a hand basin. Outside there is a landscaped garden with decking and paved centre, providing plenty of space for eating and relaxing outside.

Although the live in landlord is very relaxed and enjoys socialising and having friends round occasionally, please note that this definitely isn’t a party house, as it is located in a quiet street and many neighbours have young children.

Ideally looking for professional sharer, non smoker. Sorry, no pets. References are required.
