I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my lovely two-bedroom maisonette in East Dulwich from 13th April.
The flat is bright and spacious over two floors, with a cosy living room, well equipped kitchen and a relaxed, calm feel. It’s fully furnished (all furniture mine) and genuinely a lovely place to come home to at the end of the day.

About me:
I’m 40 and work full-time in consulting. I value a peaceful, respectful home environment, somewhere that feels settled and comfortable rather than hectic. I’m sociable and friendly and always up for a chat over dinner or tea, but I also really appreciate having our own space and downtime.

About you:
Ideally a working professional (30s+), considerate, tidy and emotionally intelligent, who enjoys a calm home atmosphere. This isn’t a party flat, it’s more of a grown-up, relaxed space. Ideally you wouldn’t be working from home 100% of the time.

The room:
A double-sized partly furnished bedroom (or unfurnished if required) with its own private ensuite bathroom. It’s a great set-up, with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs in the maisonette, offering a good level of privacy and separation.

Rent: £1200 pcm
Bills: Around £200 pcm
Deposit: £1330

The flat is on a very quiet, safe street in East Dulwich, close to multiple transport links, shops, lovely parks and great coffee spots. Free street parking is also available.
