Double room in large East Dulwich house available to rent from late March 2026 (with some flexibility), living with one other housemate. This is a very big property for 2 people!

Great location with a short stroll to Lordship Lane and 5 mins' walk from Peckham Rye park. We are right opposite Eric's - south London's best bakery.

The house also has a garden, large kitchen, living room and two bathrooms (That's right, we get a bathroom each!).

Bedroom: A bright space with plenty of room. This bedroom comes with a bed frame (no mattress), a wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, and curtains.

The house has access to its own driveway for off-street parking. It's also a good area for cyclist, with bike sheds available on the road available through the council.

About you: Ideally looking for a relaxed, sociable professional who wants to hang out at home but also has their own life going on. Late 20s to 30s preferred but open to suggestions if it's a good fit.

About me: I am a teacher in my 30s, so will be out during working hours, 5 days a week. This can work well for someone who works from home as they will have the house to themselves during the day! I'm into music, sports and play a lot of football - which is what I'm doing most Sundays. I've lived in the house for 3 years and am very happy in South East London.

Transport links are great here too. East Dulwich Station is a 12 min walk for easy access to London Bridge. Peckham Rye is a 15/20 min walk for the Overground (or a shorter bus ride). Also plenty of buses to get you around. And you're never more than about 2 minutes from the nearest Lime bike.
