Double room for sublet East Dulwich

We have a good sized double room for sublet in our home in East Dulwich.

Our flatmate is volunteering abroad this summer (24th March - end of July), so we’re looking for a replacement to join us in the interim.

The room can be furnished if that suits, or the current tenant can arrange for their furnishings to be put in to storage.

The house is split level with a separate kitchen and living room, shared bathroom (between 2, as one of the other rooms is en-suite), and huge garden that we all chip in to maintain.

The house is located between Peckham Rye and Dulwich Park so lots of green space around as well as the garden. We are a 10 min walk to Lordship Lane, and 15 mins to Peckham so lots of amenities nearby.
There is a bus stop right outside the door (bus routes 12 and 197), or 25 min walk to East Dulwich and Peckham Rye Stations.

Current flatmates are:

Sarah - radiographer in the NHS. Enjoys socialising, rugby, golf, live sports in general and gardening.

Anna - the quieter one works in operations in the coffee industry, a bit of a bookworm obsessed with gardening.

We’re pretty chilled, enjoy occasionally socialising together, having a glass of wine and watching a series but also have our own lives and are respectful of each other’s space.
