Bright spacious room in creative flatshare

After 2.5 years I am sadly having to move out of my lovely bright spacious double bedroom in a very chill, creative house.

The house is located in a lovely quiet East Dulwich street, with amazing views of the London skyline.

Your flatmates (3 boys, 1 girl) are all very creative and artsy, with majority of them working in music - anyone interested in music is definitely going to love this place/get on with everyone very well (that said, I don't play any instrument and still loved living with them - the occasional guestlist gig spot is secured ;))

About the room: The bedroom is the only bedroom on the ground floor, lovely spacious and very bright and away from the other bedrooms. Room has a bed, set of drawers + clothing rail (if wanted).

The rest of the house: The kitchen/common area is the place we hang out the most, as well as the lovely spacious garden which is perfect for summer! We also do have a seperate living room with TV, sofa and little studio set-up. There's a small toilet on the ground floor as well as the bathroom incl. shower/bathtube upstairs.

Rent is 925 per month + bills (bills roughly 100 pm).

I am moving March 28th so happy for someone to move in from then, I'm covering the rent until April 6th so first 9 days would be free! Looking for someone to take this room asap so let me know a few things about yourself and we can arrange in person or video calls :)

FYI: This is a short term tenancy only, as our 3 year contract is running out September 6th and as the house is currently on sale we probably won't extend (unless they offer us a great rolling contract - this is tbd.)
