Lovely spacious double with private bathroom

We are a 34 yo Canadian graphic designer and 37yo Scottish tech worker looking for a new room mate. Our current 3rd flatmate is moving out as she is moving in with her boyfriend (after living here for over 7 years!).

It's a lovely big house with lots of space and we all have our own bathrooms. The room is very large with plenty of storage space and a private bathroom with a bath. We also have a large shared kitchen and living room.

We're in a great location, just off Lordship Lane and close to lots of shops, cafes and pubs. It’s just a short walk to East Dulwich station, Dulwich park and Peckham Rye.

We are sociable and like to hang out cooking, watching movies and having drinks (we're not a party house). Looking for a female professional who'd fit into the relaxed vibe.

Monthly rent is £900 excluding bills. Council tax (£46.33pm) and water (£14.07pm) is paid to the landlady. Internet and electricity/gas is paid and split monthly but is roughly £40-50pm.
