Buddy up in stunning East Dulwich flat

Hello!
My friend and I are looking for another person to join us in a new flat we have secured in East Dulwich as our previous person has pulled out at the last minute! We are looking for a female professional 25+

About the flat:
The move in date is the final week of May. It is a BEAUTIFUL 3 bed 2 bath terraced home in East Dulwich just off Lordship Lane. So much light, lots of space, great location. There's also a balcony through one of the rooms but you will have the ability to use it as well!
The room comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe. The place is also fully fitted with a washer/dryer and dishwasher!

You can choose between two rooms:
First option is a smaller room with a shared bathroom (shared w Zoe). Rent will be £965.
Second option is a big room on the top floor with a skylight and a bathroom next door that will be yours to use alone. Rent will be £1200.

About us:
Zoe: I'm a newly qualified English teacher working at a school in East London! Originally from California (sf bay area)! I'm really into crafts (crocheting and sewing mostly), I adore cooking and have phases of running and doing yoga. You will most likely find me during the week watching some terrible television show. I love a night out but equally adore a wine and movie night at home!!

Bonnie: I’m a 27 year old analyst. I try to be active and go to the gym when I can but I love rubbish reality tv, games nights and am always up for a trip to the pub

The two of us are moving back in together after having spent two years apart which we are extremely excited about. We really want to make a new home for the three of us and are eager to have someone who is equally as interested in filling a new space with love, care and respect!!
