Lovely room in cosy East Dulwich flat 💛

Hi! We’re Amy and Hollie and we’re looking for someone to join our homely 3-bed flat on Lordship Lane, as our wonderful housemate Hannah is moving on.

You’d be living with:

Amy (31) – works in advertising, football lover and certified snack enthusiast
Hollie (25) – gym studio manager, matcha addict and YouTube binge watcher

We both have our own routines and appreciate downtime, but we also love the occasional wine night, gym class, Sunday wander around Dulwich or debriefs in the kitchen. We’d love to live with someone who’s sociable, clean, considerate and up for a laugh.

The room:
A small double room in a lovely flat in a great location on Lordship Lane. The room comes unfurnished. Where the room lacks storage, some areas of flat can be used.

Sadly, Harry Styles will be departing with Hannah, along with some furniture, but we’re planning to replace bits where needed (including Harry, if possible).

The boring but important bits:

* Rent: £720pcm
* Bills: approx. £140pcm
* Move in: early June (exact date TBC)
* Viewings: w/c 18th May

We’re ideally looking for someone who is:

* Female
* Aged 25–31
* Non-smoker
* No pets
* Ideally works in the office 4–5 days a week

The flat is in an amazing spot with loads of cafés, pubs, shops and green spaces nearby, and great transport links around East Dulwich / Denmark Hill.
