We’re looking for someone to take a lovely double room in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in East Dulwich/Peckham. The flat is in a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac just 5 minutes from Lordship Lane and Peckham High Street, both full of cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops. Peckham Rye Park is just around the corner, with East Dulwich Station (5–10 mins walk) and Peckham Rye (10–15 mins walk) both easily accessible.
The room is a bright, cosy double with garden/patio views, and comes with a built-in wardrobe and bed. The flat is otherwise unfurnished (but we've furnished the shared spaces already) but there’s plenty of additional storage in the hallway.
The flat has a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area that opens onto a private garden, which gets great light throughout the day and evening sun in summer. It’s a calm, comfortable home rather than a party flat, but we do occasionally have friends over for dinner, drinks, or relaxed evenings.
The flat has a calm, easy-going feel, works best with a typical weekday rhythm, and is a sociable but independent home where we’re happy to share coffee or dinner and do our own thing.
No couples or pets. Rent is £940 per month, excluding bills (around £120/month). Available 1st August. Free residential parking, dishwasher and washing machine included.
