Hi there,
I’m currently living in a lovely flat in East Dulwich and am looking for a new housemate, as my current one is moving out!
The flat is a two-bed right on Lordship Lane, with a great patio/outdoor space. It’s got a galley kitchen that opens into a spacious, light-filled living room.
You’d be living with me (Max). I work in tech and currently work from home full-time, although I’ll be moving into an office-based role in the coming months. Outside of work, I’m usually out and about in the evenings - pub quizzes, football matches.
The available bedroom is a great size and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and two chests of drawers. The living room is mostly unfurnished aside from a sofa and TV, so there’s some flexibility to make the space your own. It’s a bright, open room with plenty of natural light from the patio.
The kitchen includes a built-in freezer, two medium-sized fridges, and a washing machine.
There’s also some storage space in the lobby area if you have a bike.
Bills are roughly £150 per month and include council tax (Band G), gas, electricity, water, and internet.
The internet is super fast, so ideal for working from home or streaming.
Great transport links, with East Dulwich station around a 10-minute walk away, and easy access to buses including the 185 to Victoria and 176 to Tottenham Court Road.
