Double Room Available - East Dulwich

Double room becoming available from mid August in lovely 4 bed flat in East Dulwich. The room is furnished and although on the smaller side it easily fits bed, side table and a small set of draws inside the room with a bigger set on the outside of the room. We have a lovely open plan kitchen and living room, and outdoor patio. This room is the only one on this floor with the other 3 bedrooms and bathroom above. There is space in the living room for desks if you WFH and I can leave my desk if wanted!

East Dulwich is a beautiful, quiet area with parks, shops, cafes all within walking distance and easy transport to London Bridge (14min train). As for the house, you will be sharing with two females and one male who are all professionals with a split of WFH and office. Everyone is very friendly and easy going, but also like our own time.

Rent is to be paid on the 13th of every month, so it would be ideal to move in prior to this date, although I could possible be flexible. Bills come to around £100 a month in total which includes gas/electric, WIFI, water, council tax etc. We also have a cleaner that comes once a month included in the bills.
