I’m looking for a preferably female flatmate to take over a lovely spacious room in our sunny 2-bed flat in the East Dulwich/Camberwell area from the end of Sept/Oct.

The flat is in a really convenient spot in South London:

🚇 6-minute walk to the East Dulwich Southern Line & a 12-minute walk to Denmark Hill Overground station
🚌 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop that gets you to central/West London easily
🛍️ There is a huge Sainsbury's that's a 5-minute walk away that makes grocery shopping super easy
📍 Super close to Lordship Lane where there are a variety of shops, cute cafes, and restaurants - one of my favourite areas in the city!

🛏️ The room is very spacious and furnished with a double bed, 2 huge double floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, bedside tables, and a bathroom with a shower (the desk and chair featured in the photos may not be included)

🏠 The flat has a shared living room, dining room, kitchen and a spacious balcony where I love to enjoy breakfast or have friends over for chats! Dishwasher and washing machine included. There is also a bike parking spot in the back of the building.

Rent: 1550/month
Bills: approximately £50-80/month/pp
Council tax: Band D ~£80/pp (I used to be a student so the household was exempt from tax. We will have to start sharing council tax this year, and this is the amount I found online)

✨ About the flatmate
I'm a young professional in the film industry starting a new job soon. I also have my own bathroom, which is not an ensuite, so we won't get in the way of each other. I'm very friendly and easy-going and enjoy a balanced life. I like doing my own thing but am also social and enjoy chatting and doing activities together sometimes.

I'm looking for someone who is a young professional, ideally also in their 20s or early 30s. Someone who's considerate of our shared space and is clean and respectful of each other's needs. I'm hoping for a home that feels relaxed and peaceful, but I also welcome and love an occasional gathering and having people over.
